Notes from the Department Manager

• You should already be obtaining your letters of recommendation in order to meet the application deadline.

• Always ask for a copy of letters of recommendation so that you know they have been sent. Any late letters of Recommendation will cause your application packet to be considered INCOMPLETE.

• You should order your OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS ASAP so they reach us by the application deadline

• Be sure to check on the status of your application to the Office of Graduate Studies – they are a separate office and we each have our own requirements.
